We Always Get What We Pay For Positive: Location is great, within walking distance to everything we needed. Hot water heater works really well. Lighting is sufficient. Pricing was great for a week, but you always get what you pay for. This was my last stay with any apartment for rent, the system has been too manipulated for my taste. Negative: Bathroom: Towels didn't feel or look clean, some aren't fit to be used as rags. Sink faucet was not attached to the sink and had to be held in place to use it. Shower stall is incredibly small, shower nozzle must be hand held. Toilet tissue supply was insufficient. Kitchen: No sponge, dishrag or paper towels were supplied, only a metal scrubby for tough cleaning was supplied which explains the condition of the saucepan and skillet. The nonstick surfaces of both were flaking off. I washed everything prior to use and only used the microwave to heat things. Beds: Linens are very low quality. Pillow shams were not clean, pillows have reached the end of their useful life. Both upstairs beds are on the floor. The stairs are so steep and narrow that my husband has to sleep on the couch which was not comfortable.

Séjour très agréable, situation idéal pour assister à l'événement HFS à 15 minutes de marche. Positive: localisation de l'appartement, situé en plein centre d'Evreux. Gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes. Informations fournies très précises. Negative: La literie un peu dure

Positive: Emplacement stratégique en plein centre Negative: Très mauvaise qualité des ustensiles de cuisine (casserole poêle plaque..) Le sol grince énormément, si 2 occupants dans les 2 chambres, on entend le deuxième dans son lit dès qu'il se tourne....

Positive: Sinon correct ! Negative: Des choses cassées à remplacer. Besoin d’un bon nettoyage de fond en salle de bain Besoin d’une ventilation dans la salle de bain Nécessite bientôt de refaire les peintures
